1.My item is damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your order is damaged! We are happy to assist you with any issues, but first, our customer service team is obliged to receive a picture from you in order to proceed with a reorder for a replacement.

2.I received the payment success email from Paypal, but I did not receive the order
confirmation email from the shop. What should I do?

If you have not received our order confirmation email, please confirm whether it is blocked as an advertising email. Or you can email our customer service staff to ask for the confirmation document of your order

3.What should I do if I have not received the shipping notice?

We promise that you can receive the product within 30 days at the latest. If you want to confirm whether your clothes have been shipped, you can email our customer service staff

4.My item size/color is incorrect, what should I do?

If the size/color you received is different from the one that you've ordered, we will gladly send you a new one. Please contact our Customer Service.

5.How do I change the order after the payment is successful?

 If you want to change your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us and send us a message requesting the changed specifications.
